MedEd: What's New in Atrial Fibrillation

On Wednesday, November 8, 2017, the fourth class in the Fall 2017 session of MedEd was presented by Sandhya Dhruvakumar, MD.

Program Director, Joshua Herbert, MD, Darien Library, and Stamford Hospital, cordially invite the public to attend this five week series of lectures that mimic the structure of the medical school experience. Each night will focus on one topic and cover the anatomy, function, common disease states, and available treatments. The physicians are board certified in their area of specialty and leaders in their fields.

Sandhya Dhruvakumar, MD, is the Director of Electrophysiology at Stamford Hospital. She specializes in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. She attended University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She is Board Certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
